Designed specifically for the 1985 to 1995 Suzuki Samurai, the SJ70 sold in other markets as the Sierra, on the SJ413 body. It attaches at the factory seat bolt points, so nothing in a forty-year-old cabin is drilled, cut or altered. One bracket fits either front seat, driver or passenger. Want one on each side? A universal bracket sized for a modern SUV floor has no business in a Samurai, where every inch of the floorpan is spoken for. This bracket is cut to the Samurai seat foot and takes up exactly the space it needs. Rough roads are excellent at exposing bad ideas.

Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Fit the cage to the bracket first, sit the bracket at the seat foot, and secure the seat per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.
