The short version
Every KAP bracket for the US market ships from Boise, Idaho. Free standard shipping on every order to all 50 states, and free express shipping on orders over $99. Orders placed before 1 pm Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm ship the next business day.

- All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands) and APO, FPO and DPO addresses, at the same rates as the 50 states
- PO Boxes via USPS

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with UPS, USPS or FedEx. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address you provide. If a parcel is returned for an incorrect or incomplete address we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; a re-shipping charge may apply.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and bracket before discarding anything and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We handle the carrier claim and send a replacement. See Refund policy.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with household members and neighbors and allow 24 hours. If it still has not turned up, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
Sales tax
Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law.
