LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
THE SHORT VERSION
A KAP bracket is a piece of laser-cut, powder-coated steel with one job. We expect it to do that job for the life of your vehicle, so we warrant it for the life of your vehicle. If a KAP bracket fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we replace it. No time limit. No fee.
WHAT WE WILL DO
KAP will, at its option, replace the bracket with the same or an equivalent current model at no charge, including shipping within the United States, or refund the purchase price. Replacement is our standard remedy; if the model has been discontinued with no equivalent, we refund. We may ask you to return the original with a prepaid label for inspection.
This is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, KAP is not liable for labor, removal or installation costs, or for incidental or consequential damages.
