Will this fit my Quartermaster?
It is confirmed for the 2025 and newer Ineos Grenadier Quartermaster pickup. The Grenadier station wagon is listed on its own page. Not sure about your model year or seat option? Contact us before you order.
-
Where does the fire extinguisher mount in a Ineos Quartermaster?
At the front seat. The bracket mounts to the factory seat bolt points at the seat foot, keeping the extinguisher low, fixed and within the driver's reach.
-
Do I need to drill anything?
No. The bracket mounts to the existing factory seat bolt points. Nothing is drilled, cut or modified.
-
Which side does it fit?
Either front seat, driver or passenger. Order two if you want one on each side.
-
How is it installed?
Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Attach the cage to the bracket first, then set the bracket at the seat foot. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Check that the seat adjusts and locks normally and clears the belt and airbag components before you drive. Model-specific notes on this page override the general guide.
-
What is included?
The bracket, plus two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers to attach your extinguisher cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. The extinguisher and cage are sold separately.
-
What is it made of?
11 gauge steel, laser-cut and powder-coated black. Proudly made in America.
-
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. KAP's Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Full terms on the Warranty page.
-
Will it affect my seat?
Depending on the extinguisher fitted, the seat may not travel as far in one direction as it did before. It must still adjust and lock normally. If it does not, stop and contact us.
-
What extinguisher fits?
Sized for the 2.5 lb class of extinguisher commonly used in vehicles in the US. Exact cylinder dimensions the bracket accepts are listed under Extinguisher compatibility on the Installation page.
-
Can I use the extinguisher while driving?
Never remove or use the extinguisher while the vehicle is moving. Stop safely and secure the vehicle first.

SPECIFIC BEATS UNIVERSAL
The Quartermaster is the Grenadier stretched into a double-cab pickup, and it is the only foreign-built pickup its maker was willing to bring into the US despite the tariff on imported trucks. That says something about who buys it: people heading for remote country with gear in the bed and no intention of turning around. A loose extinguisher in a truck like that is a missile on the first rutted descent. An Ineos Quartermaster fire extinguisher bracket from KAP mounts it at the front seat, fixed and within reach.
Designed specifically for the 2025 and newer Ineos Grenadier Quartermaster double-cab pickup. The bracket fastens to the factory seat bolt points, with no drilling and no modification to the truck. One bracket fits either front seat, driver or passenger. Want one on each side? Order two.
Universal brackets hedge their bets with adjustable slots and a strap, and remote tracks punish hedging. This bracket is cut to the Quartermaster seat foot and does one job without needing a second look. Your vehicle is specific. Your safety gear should be too.
Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Attach the cage to the bracket first, then set the bracket at the front seat foot and secure the seat per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.
Laser-cut from 11 gauge steel and powder-coated black, it belongs in a cab that was designed around durability rather than decoration. Backed by KAP's Lifetime Warranty. Proudly made in America.
Depending on the extinguisher fitted, the seat may not travel as far in one direction as it did before. It must still adjust and lock normally. If it does not, stop and contact us.

Safety note. Mounts to your vehicle's seat fasteners. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's fastener procedure, check that the seat adjusts and locks normally and clears the belt and airbag components before driving, and use a metal-strapped vehicle extinguisher cage. Installation guide
