Made for the 2006 to 2012 BMW 3 Series E91 wagon and no other car. The bracket mounts to the factory seat bolt points; there is no drilling and no modification. It fits either front seat, driver or passenger; order two if you want both covered.
Wagon owners know the universal-bracket routine: it half fits, so it gets shimmed, or it goes in the cargo area where it is useless in a hurry. KAP drew this bracket for the E91's front seat foot and nothing else. No drilling. No guesswork. No 'that'll probably hold.'
Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. The cage goes onto the bracket first; the bracket then sits at the seat foot and the seat is secured per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.
