volkswagen-scirocco-mk3-13-fire-extinguisher-bracket
Fire Extinguisher Bracket for Volkswagen Scirocco MK3

The MK3 Scirocco is Volkswagen's sporty three-door coupe, a revived nameplate built on Golf underpinnings and sharing much of the GTI's hot-hatch character in a lower, sleeker shape. A car built to be driven hard deserves a fire plan, fixed where the driver can reach it. A Volkswagen Scirocco fire extinguisher bracket from KAP mounts one at the front seat, no drilling.

Built for the Volkswagen Scirocco 13 coupe specifically. It mounts to the factory seat bolt points, so the car stays exactly as the factory left it: nothing drilled, nothing cut. The same bracket fits the driver or the passenger seat. Two seats, two brackets.

A universal mount fits no car in particular, so in the Scirocco's low cabin it perches off the seat rail and fouls a knee. This one is cut for the Scirocco's own seat foot and only that. No drilling. No guesswork. No 'that'll probably hold.'

Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Fit the cage to the bracket first, set the bracket at the seat foot, then secure the seat per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.

Laser-cut from 11 gauge steel and powder-coated black, it sits low at the seat foot of the Scirocco, clear of the pedals. Backed by KAP's Lifetime Warranty. Proudly made in America.

Depending on the extinguisher fitted, the seat may not travel as far in one direction as it did before. It must still adjust and lock normally. If it does not, stop and contact us.

Over 45,000 KAP brackets sold and 4.9 out of 5 from 1,600+ verified KAP customer reviews across the KAP range. The apex is optional. A secure extinguisher is not.

Safety note. Mounts to your vehicle's seat fasteners. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's fastener procedure, check that the seat adjusts and locks normally and clears the belt and airbag components before driving, and use a metal-strapped vehicle extinguisher cage. Installation guide

All sales final for change of mind.
