toyota-gr86-zn8-fire-extinguisher-bracket
Fire Extinguisher Bracket for 2022+ Toyota GR86 ZN8

The GR86 is the affordable, lightweight, rear-drive sports coupe that keeps the purist formula alive, co-developed with the Subaru BRZ around a naturally aspirated boxer four and focused on balance and driver involvement over big numbers. A car built to be driven, on back roads and track days, deserves a fire plan fixed to the car and within reach. A Toyota GR86 fire extinguisher bracket from KAP mounts one at the front seat, no drilling.

This bracket is designed for the 2022-onward Toyota GR86 coupe. Mounting is to the factory seat bolt points, which means no drilling and nothing altered on the car. One bracket fits either front seat, driver or passenger. Want one on each side? Order two.

A universal mount is drawn for no car, so in the GR86's low, snug cabin it perches off the seat rail and fouls a knee. This one is cut for the GR86's own seat foot and only that. No drilling. No guesswork. No 'that'll probably hold.'

Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Cage onto bracket, bracket to the seat foot, seat secured per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.

Laser-cut from 11 gauge steel and powder-coated black, it sits low at the seat foot of the GR86, clear of the pedals. Backed by KAP's Lifetime Warranty. Proudly made in America.

Depending on the extinguisher fitted, the seat may not travel as far in one direction as it did before. It must still adjust and lock normally. If it does not, stop and contact us.

Over 45,000 KAP brackets sold and 4.9 out of 5 from 1,600+ verified KAP customer reviews across the KAP range. The apex is optional. A secure extinguisher is not.

Safety note. Mounts to your vehicle's seat fasteners.
