It is still the car owners daily and then take to a track day, and it still needs its safety gear held down. A VB Subaru WRX fire extinguisher bracket from KAP mounts one where a hand lands first.

Made for the 2022 and newer Subaru WRX VB sedan and no other car. The bracket mounts to the factory seat bolt points; there is no drilling and no modification. Either front seat, driver or passenger. For both sides, order two.

A universal bracket is drawn for no car in particular, so in the VB's redesigned cabin it sits proud or blocks the seat travel you actually use. This one follows the VB's own seat foot alone. No drilling. No guesswork. No 'that'll probably hold.'

Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Attach the cage to the bracket, position the bracket at the seat foot, and secure the seat per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.

Laser-cut from 11 gauge steel and powder-coated black, it sits low at the front seat of the VB and stays clear of the pedals in the newer interior. Backed by KAP's Lifetime Warranty. Proudly made in America.

Depending on the extinguisher fitted, the seat may not travel as far in one direction as it did before. It must still adjust and lock normally. If it does not, stop and contact us.

Over 45,000 KAP brackets sold and 4.9 out of 5 from 1,600+ verified KAP customer reviews across the KAP range.
