ram-1500-dt-fire-extinguisher-bracket
Fire Extinguisher Bracket for 2019+ RAM 1500 DT

The fifth-generation RAM 1500 rewrote what a full-size truck could feel like inside, taking a class-leading cabin and a smooth coil and air ride into work sites, trailheads and driveways alike. A truck that tows, hauls and heads off pavement should carry fire safety that is fixed and reachable, not sliding behind the seat. A DT RAM 1500 fire extinguisher bracket from KAP mounts one at the front seat, no drilling.

Fitment is the 2019 and newer RAM 1500 DT pickup, full stop. It mounts to the factory seat bolt points with no drilling and no modification. It fits either front seat, driver or passenger; order two if you want both covered.

A universal mount is built to sort of fit any truck, which in a DT Ram means a bracket standing off the seat rail or an extinguisher pushed out of reach. This one is cut for the Ram's own seat foot and nothing else. Your vehicle is specific. Your safety gear should be too.

Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Mount your cage on the bracket before it goes in, place the bracket at the seat foot, and secure the seat per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.

Laser-cut from 11 gauge steel and powder-coated black, it tucks in at the seat foot of the Ram's roomy cab without eating into floor space. Backed by KAP's Lifetime Warranty. Proudly made in America.

Depending on the extinguisher fitted, the seat may not travel as far in one direction as it did before. It must still adjust and lock normally. If it does not, stop and contact us.

Over 45,000 KAP brackets sold and 4.9 out of 5 from 1,600+ verified KAP customer reviews across the KAP range. Rough roads are excellent at exposing bad ideas.

Safety note. Mounts to your vehicle's seat fasteners. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's fastener procedure, check that the seat adjusts and locks normally and clears the belt and airbag components before driving, and use a metal-strapped vehicle extinguisher cage. Installation guide

All sales final for change of mind.
