bmw-m4-f82-fire-extinguisher-bracket
Fire Extinguisher Bracket for 2015-2020 BMW M4 F82

The F82 M4 launched a new era for BMW M, the first M4 and the first turbocharged one, its S55 twin-turbo six replacing the old V8 with huge, accessible pace. These are cars people take to track days and HPDE lapping sessions, and that is exactly where a fire extinguisher stops being optional. A BMW M4 fire extinguisher bracket from KAP fixes one to the cabin, within reach when it counts.

Made for the 2015 to 2020 BMW M4 F82 coupe and no other car. The bracket mounts to the factory seat bolt points; there is no drilling and no modification. It fits either front seat, driver or passenger; order two if you want both covered.

A universal mount has to cover a hundred different floors and manages none of them cleanly, so in an M4 it sits proud of the seat rail. This one is drawn for the M4 seat foot and only that. No drilling. No guesswork. No 'that'll probably hold.'

Designed for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. The cage goes onto the bracket first; the bracket then sits at the seat foot and the seat is secured per the vehicle manufacturer's seat fastener procedure. Two M5 bolts, two nylock nuts and washers are included to attach the cage. Use a metal-strapped, cage-style vehicle extinguisher mount that is correctly sized, in good condition and installed per its manufacturer's instructions. Extinguisher and cage sold separately.

Laser-cut from 11 gauge steel and powder-coated black, it sits low at the seat foot of the M4 and keeps the footwell clear. Backed by KAP's Lifetime Warranty. Proudly made in America.

Depending on the extinguisher fitted, the seat may not travel as far in one direction as it did before. It must still adjust and lock normally. If it does not, stop and contact us.

Over 45,000 KAP brackets sold and 4.9 out of 5 from 1,600+ verified KAP customer reviews across the KAP range. The apex is optional. A secure extinguisher is not.

Safety note. Mounts to your vehicle's seat fasteners. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's fastener procedure, check that the seat adjusts and locks normally and clears the belt and airbag components before driving, and use a metal-strapped vehicle extinguisher cage. Installation guide

All sales final for change of mind.
